SR-16  Olas Altas/South Side area Condo - This relatively new and beautiful Vallarta condo for rent in the Selva Romantica complex is located in the heart of the Romantic Zone. The condominium is perfect for rest and relaxation, yet close to everything Old Town has to offer. The cozy and warm charm and the spectacular views make this wonderful condo for rent the perfect place to stay while vacationing in gay-friendly Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

Condo features: Casa Cameron features two large air-conditioned bedrooms both of which have king size beds, two full baths, cable television, CD and DVD player, high speed wireless internet, Skype phone and local telephone and a nicely appointed gourmet kitchen with cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, blender and bottled water. Other condo amenities includes all linens and towels, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, alarm clock, hair dryer, and there is a safe in the unit. The balcony has some pleasant views of the city and Banderas Bay. No smoking; no one under the age of 19 is allowed; pets are not permitted. This unit does not have an elevator. Approximately 1300 square feet or 121 square meters.

The Selva Romantica complex is secure with a gated entry and 24-hour security, and is also only two (2) blocks up from the popular Los Muertos Beach. This high-end rental is a short stroll to the world-famous Blue and Green chairs of the gay beach and all the lively Vallarta gay nightlife of clubs, bars and cantinas, as well as the many relaxing cafes and fine restaurants that make the South Side/ Romantic Zone so unique and attractive as a gay travel destination.

The well-cared for grounds of the SR property are professionally landscaped and maintained in lovely tropical foliage and features 24-hour security, designated parking stall, stunning common areas consisting of a large (unheated) infinity pool, jacuzzi, a large sundeck and an observation deck, all with a 360 degree spectacular view of Puerto Vallarta, the Bay of Banderas and mountain forest jungles. The condominium complex also provides a full work out studio with a good amount of state of the art equipment. No smoking inside the Selva Romantica property, this property, on the terraces/balconies, at the pool or in the common areas. Smoking is permitted outside the main door/gate.

Note: The gym is out of service until further notice. There is some construction in this area of the town which may cause noise and dust.

Cleaning Services: The maid services included, one (1) time per week, is based on a minimum rental of seven (7) days. In case your rental is less than this or requires additional services, the cost will be approximately $25 USD per day. There is no service on Sunday or Mexican holidays. We ask you to please be kind enough to tip the maid directly if possible.

Important Note: Applicable taxes, the 16% Value added tax IVA and the 3% Hospitality tax, are not included in the rental rate noted below and have to be added to your total to complete your reservation once your dates are selected. For this Selva Romantica condominium there is a $225 refundable security deposit due with the final payment which is held for clients in case of breakage or damages, and is sent back within a 7-10 days of departure. Client is responsible for any and all damages beyond normal wear and tear.

A 50% initial deposit is due within four to six (4-6) days of your confirmed reservation to hold your booking. The final payment or balance is due at 35-45 days before arrival, except for holidays when it is due at 65-70 days before arrival. Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 11am, so please plan accordingly. You may wish to consider purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself in the unlikely event of cancellation of your vacation.

Condominium rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, except for holiday weeks, $273 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $195 per night; Holidays: Easter week and also Christmas and New Years week, Dec 20-Jan 3, $317 per night.
