SR-4  South Side Condo - Nestled just two blocks up from Olas Altas street in the heart of Old Town or the Romantic Zone, this cozy and comfortable vacation rental is less than a 5 minute walk to the world-famous Playa Los Muertos beach. Located in a relatively new hilltop complex, this Selva Romantica spacious and fully furnished studio condominium of 700 square feet can sleep up to three (3) persons.

An exclusive gated community with many mature trees, state-of-the art gym, a jacuzzi and community palapa, and one of Old Town's largest private infinity pools, the Selva Romantica complex features sweeping views of the city and Banderas (Flags) Bay. The studio itself has some lovely city, mountain and partial ocean views.

Paraiso 4 is well equipped and includes air-conditioning, purified water system and a terrace. High ceilings give the vacationer a spacious feeling, while rich dark wood-stained kitchen cabinetry, comfortable and lush wicker chairs, a queen-sized platform bed with a room divider for privacy, a comfortable daybed, teak wood dining room table and chairs, audio/stereo component, 5-Disc CD/DVD player, cordless phone and a glass encased shower stall are some of the condo's pleasing and upscale features.

Condo features: Studio with queen bed, full bath, air conditioned, 27" HDTV flat screen cable television, wifi wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, blender and breakfast bar, overhead fans, alarm clock, a safe, iron and ironing board, linens and towels. Maid service one (1) day per week; extra service may be available for approximately 275 pesos.A side-by-side washer and dryer is conveniently located on the first floor of the building.

No pets; no children allowed. Sleeps up to three (3) guests. Note that his building does not have an elevator, and that there are ten (10) steps to get to the studio condo. Built in 2007 with approximately 700 sq. ft. or 61 square meters.

A short and pleasant stroll to many unique Old Town boutiques and shops and the Puerto Vallarta gay beach at the famed Blue & Green chairs. Centrally located just off the South Side's main street of Olas Altas it's only three blocks from Los Muertos beach and steps away from cafes, dozens of restaurants and eateries, and the vibrant gay night-clubs and bars of the Zona Romantica.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $168 per night except holidays (with a $1070.00 weekly rate); Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $101 per night; Holidays: Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 20-Jan 3, $209 per night. Three (3) nights minimum stay except for holidays with a seven (7) night min.
