SR-24  Old Town Condo - This two bedroom unit, the Villa Safari 4, is a rather stunning penthouse vacation rental and is conveniently located on the hillside overlooking the ocean in Puerto Vallarta's most desirable area in the area known as Old Town or the Romantic Zone. Located in the Selva Romantica complex in the heart of the famed South Side, this property offers graceful Mexican decoration and some very pleasant views of the town and mountains.

This superb vacation condo get-a-way complex also provides one of the most beautiful and largest common area pool complexes in all of Old Town. There is also a gym on the property. Only three short blocks to beautiful Los Muertos beach and just steps away from dozens of restaurants, coffee shops and eateries, and the vibrant gay bars & night-clubs in the Zona Romantica.

Villa Safari 4 is fully furnished and equipped, and includes air-conditioning, CD and DVD player, a local telephone and a Vonage phone for unlimited long distance phone calls to Canada and the USA. Note: This unit does not have an elevator and there are 63 steps to get to the property.

Condo features: Two bedroom with king beds (one king can be split into 2 singles), two full baths, air conditioned, cable television, internet wireless, Internet DSL-high speed, full equipped kitchen with refrigerator, cooktop, oven, coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster, bottle purified water, breakfast bar, and a host of small appliances for your use. Also with washer and dryer (on the rooftop), overhead fans, alarm clock, safe, iron, linens and towels. Maid service two (2) days per week, extra service may be available for approximately 275 pesos.

A pleasant and short stroll to many unique Romantic Zone stores and boutiques and also the Puerto Vallarta gay beach at the Blue & Green chairs. Centrally located just off Old Town's main street of Olas Altas.

Condo prices: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $225 per night, except for holidays; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $145 per night; Holidays: Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 20-Jan 3, $255 per night.
