SR-21  South Side Condo - This two bedroom Old Town Vallarta vacation rental unit offers tasteful Mexican decoration and views of the town and mountains, and is located in the splendid Selva Romantica complex in the heart of the famed Old Town.

Casita Feliz is one of the jewels of Selva Romantica with its own spacious outdoor lounging and dining terrace plus a private heated dipping pool with jets, for the exclusive use of clients, where you can sip a glass of wine while you submerge in the ambiance that only the spectacular views of Puerto Vallarta, the ocean and the surrounding lush Sierra Madre mountains can create. This Mexican architect-owned and designed property is all about Vallarta style. Terracotta floors, the highest quality wood-work and simply delightful elegant decor inside and out.

This excellent vacation condo get-a-way complex also provides one of the loveliest and largest common area pool complexes in all of Old Town. There is also a gym on the property. Only 3 short blocks down to Los Muertos beach and just steps away from dozens of fine dining spots, relaxing coffee shops and local eateries, and the vivacious gay night-clubs of the Romantic Zone.

Condo features: Two bedrooms with king bed (one may be split into 2 singles), three baths, air conditioned, cable television, internet DSL-high speed, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, cooktop, toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave, blender, refrigerator and breakfast bar, a purified water system, CD and DVD player, washer and dryer, overhead fans, alarm clock, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, telephone, linens and towels. Maid service two (2) days per week, extra service may be available.

No pets allowed, children ok. Smoking only outside, please. Sleeps up to four (4) guests maximum. This part of the Selva Romantica was built in 2008, and the Casita Feliz two bedroom vacation rental has approximately 2,200 square feet or 204 square meters. Centrally located just off Old Town's main street of Olas Altas and a short 10-12 minute walk to Vallarta's downtown malecon & boardwalk with its fine works of art, many nightlife spots and colorful fun shops.

A short and pleasant saunter to many unique Romantic Zone stores, one-of-a-kind boutiques, memorable dining spots and the delightful Puerto Vallarta gay beach at the world famous Blue and Green chairs on Los Muertos beach.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $269 per night, except for holidays; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $205 per night; Holidays: Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 20-Jan 3, $375 per night.
