SR-20 South Side Studio Condo - This charming Old Town Vallarta vacation rental unit offers tasteful Mexican decoration and some partial views of the town and Sierra Madre mountains, and is located in the private and gated lovely Selva Romantica complex in the heart of the famed South Side.
The studio has a queen-size bed, room to accommodate belongings, and a full bath. Also the pleasant kitchen-dining area opens to some views of the town for a relaxing morning coffee or evening drink. This superb vacation condo get-a-way complex also provides one of the most beautiful and largest common area pool complexes in all of Old Town. Only three blocks to Los Muertos beach and just steps away from dozens of restaurants, coffee shops and eateries, and the vibrant gay nightclubs & bars of the Romantic Zone.
Casa Lucy is fully equipped and includes air-conditioning, washer and dryer, DVD player, safe in the unit, and a Vonage phone for unlimited long distance phone calls to the US and Canada. Check-in is at 3pm, and check-out is by 11am.
Condo features: Features a queen bed, full bath, air conditioned, flat-screen television with cable, wireless internet service (both in the unit and throughout the common areas surrounding the pool), fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, bottled water, blender, washer and dryer, alarm clock, ceiling fans, iron & ironing board, linens and towels. Maid service one (1) day per week, extra service may be available. Casa Lucy is a non-smoking vacation rental.
A pleasant and short stroll to many unique Romantic Zone boutiques and stores and also the Puerto Vallarta gay beach at the Blue & Green chairs. Centrally located just off Old Town's main street of Olas Altas.
No children or pets are allowed; a non-smoking vacation rental, please. Sleeps up to two (2) guests maximum. Selva Romantica was built in 2006, and this vacation rental has approximately 452 sq. ft. or 42 square meters. The gym is out of service until further notice.

Note: Applicable taxes, the 16% IVA, are not included in the rental rate noted below and have to be added to your total to complete your reservation once your dates are selected. For this Selva Romanitca condo there is also a refundable security deposit of $225 USD due with the final payment which I hold for for my clients in case of damages and send back within a 7-10 days of departure. Client is responsible for any and all damages beyond normal wear and tear.
A 50% initial deposit is due within four to six (4-6) days of your confirmed reservation to hold your booking. The final payment/balance is due at 35-45 days before arrival, except for holidays when it is due at 65-70 days before arrival.
Condo prices: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 19 and Jan 4-Apr 30, $145 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $110 per night; Holidays: Easter week, and also Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 20-Jan 3, $180 per night. Note: Applicable taxes, the 16% IVA, have to be added to your total amount to complete your reservation. Three (3) nights minimum rental except for the holiday weeks which have a seven (7) night minimum. (Rates as of July 2021, in US dollars.
