Located on a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking Banderas Bay, this stylish vacation rental in our gay-friendly destination has amazing views of the ocean, city and Sierra Madre mountains. The views from this prime location truly are breathtaking.

In the penthouse suite 6 you will see the detail in the premium quality interior finishes and furnishings of this two bedroom, two bath condo. Here you can experience the breathtaking views, retractable glass doors and expansive terraces equipped with a gas BBQ. Signature by Pinnacle is designed to embrace the indoor/outdoor living we all strive for in this tropical paradise.

This vaulted ceiling penthouse 6 was furnished and designed by celebrated interior designer, Michael Hickman of Casa Vallarta Design who has created a fabulous experience that comes equipped with 8 brand name appliances including the gas BBQ on the expansive terrace-balcony. No amenity has been overlooked, from the individual room air conditioning units and ceilings fans to wireless internet, flat panel television, king size beds, lush designer towels, fine china and silverware, along with patio furniture to enjoy your ocean and Zona Romantica views. This is the only southwest corner Penthouse suite in the building and the terrace has unparalleled 300-degree views comprising all of Banderas Bay and much of the romantic beach town of Puerto Vallarta.

Panoramic views and romantic ambiance are in abundance in this spectacular holiday getaway. Step out into the terrace, which has retractable glass doors, so you can BBQ and enjoy a relaxing dinner while experiencing the breathtaking views. This is the only SW corner penthouse suite in the entire building with unparalleled 300-degree views. 

Condo features: Two bedrooms with king bed each, two baths, individually controlled air conditioners, internet wireless, satellite television with Shaw, a brand new modern equipped kitchen with oven, cooktop, dishwasher, disposal, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator and blender, a purified water system, Ipod docking station, phone for local calls, alarm clock, washer and dryer, overhead fans, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, BBQ grill, linens and towels. There is a safe in unit. This is a non-smoking vacation rental. Children ok, but no pets allowed. Wheelchair access. Sleeps up to four (4) guests maximum. Heated pool and bar in the building.

The master bedroom includes a king size bed, private bath, ceiling fan, a/c, safe, flat screen television with Shaw satellite and closet space. The second guest bedroom includes a king size bed, private bath, ceiling fan, air conditioning, safe and closet space.

The two-story lobby and common area, with its impressive sheer height size, opens to the tropical ocean breezes with tranquil fountains, a meandering infinity swimming pool, lush landscaping and a full service poolside bar and lounge area. A full spa and gym in the building are two of the fine amenities.

The recently constructed Signature at Pinnacle building was built in 2013 and the penthouse #6 vacation rental has approximately 1100 square feet or 336 square meters. Centrally located just off Old Town's well-known Olas Altas street, and a short 10-12 minute walk to Vallarta's downtown malecon & boardwalk with its fine artworks and many straight nightlife spots.

Also just a pleasant and short saunter to many unique Romantic Zone one-of-a-kind stores and boutiques, superb Mexican and seafood restaurants, and lively gay nightclubs, cantinas and show bars. Only four short blocks down to Los Muertos beach, and a few more to the ever popular and world famous blue and green chairs of the gay beach.

            

Cleaning Services: The maid services included two (2) times per week for a seven (7) day rental, and one (1) cleaning for a three-six (3-6) day rentals. In case you require additional services, the cost will be approx $25 USD per day. There is no service on Sunday or Mexican holidays. We ask you to please be kind enough to tip the maid. Please note that check-in is at 3pm and check-out at 11am.

Note: Applicable taxes, the 16% IVA, are not included in the rental rate noted below and have to be added to your total to complete your reservation once your dates are selected. For this Playa Bonita condo there is also a refundable security deposit of $225 USD due with the final payment which I hold for for my clients in case of damages and send back within a 7-10 days of departure. Client is responsible for any and all damages beyond normal wear and tear.

A 50% initial deposit is due within four to six (4-6) days of your confirmed reservation to hold your booking. The final payment or balance is due at 35-45 days before arrival, except for holidays when it is due at 65-70 days before arrival.

Condo prices: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $345 per night, except for holidays; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $225 per night; Holidays: Easter week and for Christmas and New Years week, Dec 20-Jan 3, $445 per night. Note: Applicable taxes, the 16% IVA, have to be added to your total amount to complete your reservation. Three (3) night minimum except for holiday weeks with seven (7) nights minimum.
