SP-403  Old Town Condo - Stay in this luxurious Signature Pinnacle two bedroom, two bathroom, perched on a small street on the hillside high above Olas Altas street, in the heart of Romantic Zone, one of the most desirable locations in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking Banderas Bay, this stylish vacation rental in our gay-friendly destination has lovely partial views of Banderas Bay, Puerto Vallarta and the Sierra Madre mountains.

The two-story Signature Pinnacle lobby and common area, with its impressive sheer height size, opens to the tropical ocean breezes with tranquil fountains, a meandering infinity pool, lush landscaping and a full service poolside bar and lounge area. A full spa and an equipped gym in the building are two of the other fine amenities offered to guests.

Condo features: Two bedrooms with king bed each, two bathrooms, fully air conditioners, internet wireless, cable television, a modern equipped kitchen with oven, cooktop, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal and blender, a purified water system, washer and dryer, overhead fans, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, BBQ grill, linens and towels. There is a safe in unit. This is a non-smoking vacation rental. Children allowed. Partial Bay view (the unit is facing north). Wheelchair access; street parking. Non-smoking please. Sleeps up to four (4) guests maximum. Heated pool, spa and a bar are located in the building.

Pets may be allowed in this property at the decision and discretion of the owner. All condo rules must be followed regarding pets. Owner must pre-approve pets (a picture may be required) and additional rental fee may be required. Pet staying in the condo is at the risk of the pet-owner.

The recently constructed Signature at Pinnacle building was built in 2013, and the 403 vacation rental has approximately 1,250 sq. ft. or 116 square meters. Centrally located just off Old Town's well-known Olas Altas street, and a short 10-12 minute walk to Vallarta's downtown Malecon  boardwalk with its fine artworks and many straight nightlife spots.

Also just a pleasant and short saunter to many unique Romantic Zone one-of-a-kind stores and boutiques, superb Mexican and seafood restaurants, and lively gay nightclubs, cantinas and show bars. Only four short blocks down to Los Muertos beach, and a few more to the ever popular and world famous blue and green chairs of the gay beach.

Cleaning Services: The maid services that's included, one (1) time per week, is based on a minimum rental of seven (7) days. In case your rental is less than this or requires additional services, the cost will be approximately $25.00 USD per day. There is no maid service on Sunday or Mexican national holidays. We ask you to please be kind enough to tip the maid. Also. please note that check-in is at 3pm, and check-out at 11am.

Note: Applicable taxes, the 16% IVA, are not included in the rental rate noted below and have to be added to your total to complete your reservation once your dates are selected. For this Playa Bonita condo there is also a refundable security deposit of $350 USD due with the final payment which I hold for for my clients in case of damages and send back within a 7-10 days of departure. Client is responsible for any and all damages beyond normal wear and tear.

A 50% initial deposit is due within four to six (4-6) days of your confirmed reservation to hold your booking. The final payment or balance is due at 35-45 days before arrival, except for holidays when it is due at 65-70 days before arrival.

Condo prices: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $290 per night, except for holidays; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $190 per night; Holidays: Easter week and for Christmas and New Years week, Dec 20-Jan 3, $320 per night. Note: Applicable taxes, the 16% IVA, have to be added to your total amount to complete your reservation. Three (3) night minimum except for holiday weeks with seven (7) nights minimum.
