VSB-43  Amapas/South Side Condo - This beautiful one bedroom, one bath vacation rental has been recently remodeled and is located in the Amapas neighborhood just steps away from popular Los Muertos beach and within easy walking distance, 5-8 minutes, of the main South Side area.

The Villa Santa Barbara building features a pleasant rooftop pool and patio area with a partially covered lounge and BBQ area. You can enjoy panoramic views from the rooftop of this conveniently located condo building, and also from your own private balcony overlooking the Bay, the town, and the surrounding lush Sierra Madre mountains.

Condo features: This one bedroom features a queen bed in the master bedroom, and a nicely tiled bath adjacent to it. There is an equipped kitchen with toaster, microwave, refrigerator, cooktop, oven, blender, coffee maker, and purified bottled water; cable TV and DVD player in the living room, along with local phone service and wireless internet. Ceiling fans, linens and towels, alarm clock are included. Air conditioning only in the living room. Sleeps two (2) guests maximum.

Kids allowed, no smoking, no pets without express permission and damage deposit. Common laundry room available in the building and maid service is included one (1) time per week: there may be additional service for an extra charge. There are two (2) steps to get to this property. Approx. 650 square feet. Street parking.

A quick 2-3 minutes down to the delightful gay beach at the world-renowned Blue and Green chairs on Los Muertos. Located on Mexican Coastal Highway 200 and along Santa Barbara street, the condominium is a short and pleasant saunter to many unique Romantic Zone stores, one-of-a-kind boutiques, memorable dining spots and the thrilling Puerto Vallarta gay night-clubs of Old Town, also known as the Romantic Zone. Approximately 15 minute walk or quick taxi to the downtown malecon & boardwalk with its fine works of art, many nightlife spots and colorful fun shops and galleries.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $100 per night, except for holidays; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $75 per night; Holidays: Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 20-Jan 3, $125 per night. Minimum of three (3) nights, except for holiday weeks with seven (7) nights min. (Prices as of September 2014, in US dollars and include Mexican taxes.
