LP-12  Los Muertos Beach Condo - First floor (second level up from beach level) ocean-front condo in the most popular condominium building in Old Town, with 46 units. The master bedroom features a king bed, en-suite bath, a/c and a large closet. The guest bedroom has one king size bed and air conditioning, and then conveniently located next to this guest room is a bathroom with shower. Approximately 1200 square feet or 111 sq. meters in size.

Amenities include equipped kitchen with cooktop oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, refrigerator, toaster oven and bottled water, ceiling fans in all rooms and a/c only in bedrooms, cable television, CD/DVD player, telephone for local calls, internet wireless, linens and towels, iron and ironing board, the living and dining area opening onto terrace with some Banderas Bay views (Note: The beach view from this LP-12 unit is limited because the palapa roof of the LP restaurant rises about a foot or so in front of the first floor condos; hence a partial ocean view). No pets; smoking is allowed only outside, please. Maximum of four (4) guests. Maid service twice (2) per week except for Sundays and Mexican holidays. La Palapa condos are centrally located so it's just a short walk or taxi to all South Side fine dining spots, relaxing sidewalk cafes and colorful stores, and the vivacious Vallarta gay nightlife. Only two short blocks to the world-famed Blue Chairs gay beach area. Stroll along Los Muertos and then cross the popular pedestrian bridge to the main downtown and malecon boardwalk area for more restaurants, public art and colorful galleries, culture, and fun things to see and do.

Note: You may experience some moderate noise due to renovations in some condos in the building during the summer from May 15-Oct 15. There may also be some noise coming from the beachfront La Palapa restaurant.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 16-Apr 15, $187 per night, except for holidays; Spring & Autumn: Apr 16-May 14 and Oct 16-Nov 15: $137 per night; Summer: May 15-Oct 15, $105 per night.
