MDA-54 - Los Muertos Beach Condo - This fifth floor fully-furnished, 3,180 square foot (295 sq. meters) Old Town Puerto Vallarta condo is a luxuriously furnished three bedroom, three bathroom unit offering custom designed furnishings with high quality upholstery enhanced by many pieces of original art, artifacts and antiques.

The kitchen offers superior cookware and tableware for gracious entertaining. The condo was designed as an attractive and comfortable Puerto Vallarta home versus merely a rental unit. There are two master Dish TVs with 200+ channels, one in the living room and the second in the master bedroom, with another television located in the guest bedroom and a small TV in the kitchen counter, as well as two master receivers which allow you to watch different channels in the different bedrooms, along with other amenities such as CD and DVD players, multiple phones with Vonage service.

This Puerto Vallarta condo rental unit has expansive views of Banderas Bay, the Cuale River, downtown Vallarta and the Sierra Madre mountains from the two rear bedroom suites. Two covered terraces with outdoor dining furniture, custom daybed and BBQ grill overlook the spectacular large swimming pool and fabulous gardens. The Molino de Agua building and units were planned for physically impaired access. There is 24 hour security with key access only. All rooms have individual air conditioning control panels. Two day per week maid service, flexible on days. Please be sure to be generous with your tipping. Maximum of six (6) registered guests allowed.

Condominium features: Two bedrooms each with king bed and private bath, and the third smaller bedroom has a pull out bed, the condo terrace with very pleasant beach, town and bay views, BBQ grill, jacuzzi in the master bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator, cooktop, oven, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, blender and a purified water system, washer/dryer, ceiling fans throughout the condo, satellite television, CD and DVD players, telephone, Vonage (unlimited phone calls to Canada and the United States), wireless internet, alarm clock, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, linens, towels.  A non-smoking vacation rental; neither children nor pets are allowed.

A 24/7 convenience store, car and jeep rental, and an ocean view restaurant are all directly across the street and the main South Side supermarket Gutiérrez Rizo is only a two blocks from the main entrance of this beach-front Puerto Vallarta rental condo. Close to South Side restaurants, shopping and the exciting Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife of bars, cantinas and clubs. Short 10-15 minute walk or quick taxi to the Puerto Vallarta gay beach at the world famous Blue and Green chairs.

Note: As with all MDA units in Puerto Vallarta, there is a $500 refundable security deposit due with the final payment which is held for clients in case of damages and sent back within a 7-10 days of departure. A 50% deposit is due within 5-7 days to hold your booking. Final payment/balance due at 35-45 days before arrival, except for holidays when due at 60-70 days before arrival.
