Two covered terraces with outdoor dining furniture and BBQ grill overlook the spectacular large swimming pool and fabulous gardens. There is 24 hour security with key access only. All rooms have individual air conditioning control panels. Two (2) days per week maid service, regular cleaning only, no cooking or laundry. Maximum of six (6) registered guests allowed and with a maximum of three (3) children.

Condominium features: The master bedroom with king bed and private bath, and the second and third bedrooms with double beds. The condo terrace with pleasant beach, town and bay views, BBQ grill, jacuzzi in the master bathroom, equipped kitchen with cooktop, dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, microwave, and a purified water system, satellite television, washer and dryer in the laundry room, ceiling fans throughout, wireless internet, linens and towels.

Note: As with most Molino de Agua units in Puerto Vallarta, there is a $500 refundable security deposit due with the final payment which is held for clients in case of damages and sent back within a 7-10 days of departure. A 50% deposit is due within five to seven (5-7) days to hold your booking. Final payment/balance due at 35-45 days before arrival, except for holidays when due at 60-70 days before arrival.
