A charming Puerto Vallarta vacation condo it's within only two blocks of the popular Los Muertos Beach and the town's Romantic Zone

Condo property includes: One bedroom with queen and 2 single beds, one baths, cable TV, CD and DVD player, equipped kitchen with oven, cooktop, toaster, coffee maker, blender, refrigerator and bottled water, washer and dryer, air conditioning, alarm clock, wireless internet, ceiling fans, iron and ironing board, linens and towels. Street parking. Maid service is two (2) times per week, Tues and Fri, and clients may request extra service for around 220 pesos. Smoking only outside. No children are allowed; no pets.

Only two-three blocks from Puerto Vallarta's principal beach, Playa Los Muertos, this affordable rental provides a more tranquil alternative to the busy scene at the beach. Just steps away from the B-10 condo itself the Loma del Mar apartment complex includes a large beautifully tiled pool in the common area with plenty of sun where you can enjoy a fun games of cards or pour yourself a refreshing cocktail. There are also well maintained grounds with gardens, on-site administration, and 24/7 security.

The good location is one of the positive features of this getaway property. Located just one block up from Olas Alta street for easy access to the energy & charm of the Romantic Zone with its one-of-a-kind stores, relaxing sidewalk cafes, fun people watching and the exciting Vallarta gay nightclubs, Mexican cantinas, bars and lounges. An amiable short stroll of 7-10 minutes to the gay beach at the renowned Blue and Green Chairs. Or walk north along Los Muertos and then cross the new pedestrian bridge to the Puerto Vallarta malecon boardwalk of the downtown area and its various landmarks: Los Arcos, the historic Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe and many gourmet restaurants, colorful art galleries and fun straight nightlife spots.
