Within its lush landscaped securely gated compound, this Puerto Vallarta, Mexico luxury villa features over 7,150 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor living space great for entertaining or for lounging on the expansive cantera stonework terrace beside the heated infinity pool or at the palapa covered outdoor bar. The interior living, dining, kitchen and bar areas of the house flow seamlessly outdoors through tempered glass doors and all four (4) bedrooms have private balconies. The master suite includes oversized jacuzzi tub, shower, double sinks and a romantic garden outdoor shower. Tastefully decorated with local artwork showcasing the beauty of Mexico, the main floor offers an open floor plan with room to entertain on a grand scale or to gaze upon the bay. Panoramic visions of the ocean and jungle sounds mingle at this luxurious villa.

Villa features include: Four bedrooms with a/c, private baths and showers with marble soaking tubs, the master suite including oversized jacuzzi tub, shower, double sinks and a romantic garden outdoor shower, two additional half baths, 180 degree views of Banderas Bay and Puerto Vallarta, large infinity pool, palapa bar with stainless steel BBQ, wet bar and chaise lounges, outdoor gas grill, DSL internet, use of laptop computer, Vonage with free long distance calling to USA & Canada, fully equipped kitchen includes stove top, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and ice-maker, three satellite televisions, DVD and CD players, reverse osmosis water purification system through the entire villa, washer and dryer, a two car garage, spacious terraces. Cook and maid service, with cook preparing up to two meals per day, food and beverage costs and tipping are extra. Situated approximately 1 km south of the South Side of Puerto Vallarta. Villa sleeps up to eight (8) guest maximum. Smoking is not allowed at this villa.

No children under 10 years of age. The rate is based on a max of two (2) guests per bedroom which includes adults as well as children, regardless of any child’s age. Additional guests will be charged at least a fee of $50 USD per day. Pets not allowed; wheelchair inaccessible.

Villa rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $1,250 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $850 per night; Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, $1,500 per night. Tax included.  (Note: prices as of November 2010; may be subject to change without notice until reservation is confirmed.)
