View fantastic sunsets from the beautiful terrace and covered sitting areas. Cool off in the pool or have a drink at the outdoor palapa bar as you watch the sun go down. Five inviting bedroom suites with private baths, a comfortable living room, large upper terraces and full staff make this vacation rental a relaxing location.

Villa is situated just a few minutes from the vibrant South Side with its fine restaurants and lively nightlife. Architectural details by well-known local architect Arturo Ramos include cantera stonework, beautiful hardwoods and vaulted ceilings. The clean lines and dramatic open spaces contrasted by vibrant art works throughout the house create a luxurious place to spend an enjoyable vacation.

Cool off in the large solar-heated pool or have your favorite drink at the outdoor pool-side palapa bar. In the evenings you can take in the magnificent sunsets from the terrace and covered sitting areas.

Property features: Three bedrooms with king bed, one with queen and the other guest bedroom with two queens, each with ensuite bath and min-split a/c. Large upper level terraces off three bedrooms, solar heated swimming pool and spa tub with cantera stone patio, satellite TV with approximately 200 US and Canadian channels, high speed wireless internet, music system with Ipod hookup, DVD, and VCR, free local calls and unlimited calling and fax to the US and Canada, an ultraviolet water purification system as well as bottled water, and a fully equipped kitchen. Additional amenities include a four car gated garage, 50" plasma television in the living room and one additional bedroom TV, hairdryers, iron and ironing board, a selection of games, washer and dryer. The Villa Encantada has indoor and outdoor dining areas, and a gourmet seven page restaurant grade menu for clients to choose from.

Lovely panoramic view of the Bay of Banderas and the hillside jungle. Short walk down to the Conchas Chinas beaches; 15 minute walk or so to the Vallarta gay beach. The hillside location in the Amapas neighborhood ensures pretty rapid access to the best in restaurants, shopping and the Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife with a quick taxi ride to the exciting clubs, sports bars and Mexican cantinas.

Maximum of ten to twelve (10-12) guests. Non-smoking villa; kids ok; pets are not permitted.

Staff: The maid, cook and houseman/mozo work for for five (5) days a week, Mon-Fri, and half a day on Saturday. Staff is off on Sunday and all Mexican holidays. Cook can prepare up to two meals per day; clients pay for food, beverages, taxi fare and tipping.

Note: 50% of the total rental fee must be paid within four-five (4-5) days after the reservation has been made. The remaining 50% must be paid sixty to sixty five (60-65) days prior to the arrival date. For all Christmas and New Years reservations full payment is due at time of reservation and is non-refundable. A $700 refundable security deposit is due upon reservation. Villa Encantada Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a $300 USD cancellation fee if the deposit has been received and the rental receipt sent. The deposit (less the cancellation fee) is refundable if the cancellation is made 120 days (four months) prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made less than 120 days prior to the arrival date are refunded only if the villa is subsequently rented for the cancelled dates

Villa rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $1050 per night, except for the holidays; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $675 per night; Holiday: Christmas and New Years week, $1200 per night. Rates include taxes and are based on two (2) guest per bedroom which includes adults and children. Minimum of five (5) nights during the winter season, three (3) nights during the summer, and seven (7) nights during holiday weeks. (Prices as of January 2016.
