VDA-5  Conchas Chinas villa - For smaller groups wanting to relax almost beachfront, the recently built Vista de Aves is an excellent choice. It's a private three to five (3-5) bedroom villa located just one block or 300 feet from one of the loveliest sandy beaches in Puerto Vallarta. Located inside the walls of a private residential complex, the property is completely private with its own pool, or guests can access the beach below thru the Condominium complex and also enjoy the large common pool and Palapa-covered open air living space on the beach.

The villa design is contemporary with simple lines and an infusion of Mexican handiwork at its best from handmade textiles to one-of-a-kind folk art.

This vacation rental has breathtaking ocean views with a spectacular water feature with 2 giant palm trees to frame the view of the sunset, with over 5,000 square feet (465 sq. meters) and an emphasis on outdoor living. The main level is an open concept entertaining area with living, dining and very well equipped kitchen with high beamed ceilings, all flowing out to the good size sun-deck main terrace. The private heated infinity pool, together with large upper and lower terraces, makes a great spot for dining, entertaining or viewing the beautiful sunsets.

Villa Property Features and Amenities: Five bedrooms each with ensuite baths and air conditioning, a well equipped gourmet kitchen with high end appliances such as its restaurant-quality stove, fridge with French doors, waffle maker and more, wireless internet, heated infinity pool, telephone for local calls and free long distance to Canada and the US, two televisions with US Dish satellite service with English channels, DVD player, ipod dock, CD player, sound system with Mp3/USB port, and mini-split air conditioning units in all rooms. There's a safe/lock box for valuables, purified water system throughout, gas BBQ grill and outdoor dining.

Also for your convenience, there's a bit of a work out area at the villa with universal home gym and an exercise bike. Vista de Aves villa is family friendly with a full size crib and high chair provided. No pets, and no smoking, please. Maximum of ten (10) guests with a five bedroom rental.

The master bedroom upstairs has a king bed with large tube, beamed ceiling and its own terrace with a large sitting and sunning area and ocean view. The three bedrooms on the main level have a king, two twins/king and a queen, and two of these have small balconies. The downstairs bedroom with a queen bed.

Bedroom Description:  Master bedroom: King size bed, ensuite bath, spacious terrace, ocean views, TV and a/c, located on the top level one floor above main; Guest 2: King bed, ensuite bath, a/c, garden view, located on main level; Bedroom 3: Two twins or a king bed, ensuite bath, a/c, ocean views, located on main level; Guest 4: Queen bed, ensuite bath, a/c, ocean views, located on main level; Bedroom 5: Queen sized bed, ensuite bath, air conditioning, garden view, located on level below main level.

Additional: Conchas Chinas beach access thru Club Alejandra residential gated complex by elevator, where clients can also enjoy the use of their large heated common pool, Palapa lounge area with bathrooms, beach chairs and personal palapas. All of this is approx. less than two miles from all the fun of the South Side and the gay beach, downtown and the Malecon boardwalk.

Staff includes a cook and maid for daily service except on Sunday and Mexican holidays (service on those days may be available for an additional fee). Cook service includes shopping, preparation, serving and cleaning for up to two meals per day. Breakfast service begins at 9 am and dinner service ends at 7 pm. Not included in the rate are tips to staff, and the cost of groceries for the cook service. Light personal laundry for a small tip. There is also a beach-front restaurant nearby at the Lindo Mar condominiums.
