MCF-3   Conchas Chinas villa - Spectacular oceanfront villa with 3 large bedrooms and four baths. Designed in the old Colonial style with high ceilings, huge wooden beams and terra cotta tiled floors. The villa interior is decorated in a Mexican style and has a number of beautiful antique and contemporary paintings and art objects. The large living room has a grand fireplace, is perfect for entertaining and opens to the furnished terrace overlooking Banderas Bay. There is a formal dining room and a cozy breakfast area opening to a terrace with ocean views as well. Two of the bedrooms have king beds and the other guest bedroom has two single beds/one king. The master suite has a fireplace, spacious bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. The three spacious bedrooms are on the lower level and open to the pool terrace, each with a private bath and ocean views.

The deck area with a heated pool overlooks the ocean. The interior is some 4,500 square feet with an additional 1,500 sq. ft. of patios and pool that add to the overall relaxing ambiance. All the rooms are light and airy and open to the sea. The fully equipped modern kitchen is spectacular with a 26-foot domed brick ceiling. Located several miles south of town the McFuego is one of the villas in Cuatro Villas, a walled complex of four villas, this Mexican vacation rental shares an entrance, elevator and access to a pristine beach. 

Villa amenities include: sound system, telephone with free local and long distance calls, wireless internet, safes for valuable, water purification system throughout, fireplace, well-equipped kitchen, heated dipping pool, all bedrooms are air conditioned and have flat-screen satellite television, beach access. Staff includes cook, housekeeper and houseman. Meal service includes preparation for up to 2 meals per day, except Sunday. All staff is off on Sunday and national holidays unless other arrangements are made. The McFuego is located approximately three (3) miles south from downtown Vallarta. Beach access. Non-smoking except for exterior areas. No pets, and no student, bachelor type or team groups. Maximum occupancy is two (2) persons per bedroom. Sleeps up to six (6) guests maximum. One child under 3 years free, sleeping with parents.

Originally owned by an artist from the United States, the McFuego is a lovely haven for art lovers and enthusiasts as the house features unique decor and art-work throughout. The open floor plan offers a tranquil setting and each of the three bedrooms access the ocean-front pool terrace. This rental  can be combined with the neighboring Villa Azul Celeste to create an adjoining six (6) bedroom experience.

Note: Applicable taxes, the 16% IVA, are not included in the rental rate noted below and have to be added to your total to complete your reservation once your dates are selected. For this Vallarta villa there is also a refundable security deposit of $750 USD due with the final payment which I hold for for my clients in case of damages and send back within 7-10 days of departure. Client is responsible for any and all damages beyond normal wear and tear.

A 50% initial deposit is due within four to six (4-6) days of your confirmed reservation to hold your booking. The final payment/balance is due at 65-70 days before arrival, except for holidays when it is due at 90-95 days before arrival

Villa prices: Winter: Nov-Apr, $850 per night, except holiday weeks; Summer: May-Oct, $675 per night; Christmas, $1250 per night; New Years, $1500 per night. There is a five (5) night minimum during the winter months, four (4) nights during summer, and a seven (7) night minimum during the holiday weeks of Dec 19-Jan 5.
