Attentive and friendly villa staff of four: houseman, cook, maid and house assistant or mozo. Only 5-7 minutes south of Puerto Vallarta downtown and South Side by car or taxi, so the villa is close to many of the fine restaurants, shopping and the spectacular nightlife.

For the Casa Karma, a refundable $500 security damage deposit is due immediately to secure reservation. The deposit is refundable within 60 days of the termination of the rental period following the management's inspection of the premises  50% of total rental fee (including taxes) due immediately to secure the reservation. The remaining final ;payment or balance is due at 60-70 days before arrival for off-season and peak season rentals, and 90 days before arrival for Holiday rentals.

If booking is less than 60 days prior to arrival, 100% payment is due to secure reservation. A 60 day notice is required for cancellation with refund, less 20% fee, if the Casa Karma is re-rented. All holidays are non-refundable and require a minimum seven (7) day reservation. Waiver must be signed for children under 8 years of age.

Villa rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30: $1,600 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $1,280 per night; Thanksgiving and Easter week: $1,800 per night; Christmas and New Years weeks $2500 per night.
