CCV-5  Upper Conchas Chinas villa - Located in Conchas Chinas, Puerto Vallarta's most exclusive neighborhood, the five bedroom Conchas Chinas Villa is just several minutes south of Old Town Puerto Vallarta and a short stroll to Playa Conchas Chinas, one of the most exclusive set of beaches on the west Coast of Mexico.

Enjoy all year round dramatic unobstructed views of the Bay of Banderas, Sierra Madre Mountains and city lights with its 5 large bedrooms, five and 1/2 baths, outdoor/indoor dinning and heated infinity pool.

The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open to the outdoors on the ocean-side of the house, blurring the distinction between the indoors and outdoors; a classic example of the Vallarta Lifestyle which is so envied by much of the world. This luxurious Puerto Vallarta villa vacation rental is graciously furnished in each room and has a private office with high speed DSL.

Villa amenities include: Master bedroom suite with king size bed, all other bedrooms have queens; satellite television, CD and DVD players, fully air conditioned, ceiling fans, purified water system, heated infinity pool overlooking Banderas Bay and Conchas Chinas, internet DSL, telephone, washer/dryer.

The over-sized inviting terrace lead your eyes to the infinity pool (in full sun) blending seamlessly with the sparkling water of the Bay of Banderas, the perfect place to savor a fine chardonnay or margarita and watch Puerto Vallarta's famous splendid sunsets. The house comes with maid service twice a week and soon with a house-man (who would do shopping, maintenance, drinks, continental breakfast, general house keeping) under the supervision of the management company. A cook may be arranged, depending on availability, for a reasonable extra price.

Approximately a 12-15 minute walk or 2-3 minute taxi ride to the Vallarta gay beach and 3-4 minute taxi to all downtown and South Side/Romantic Zone relaxing sidewalk cafes, unique shops, fine dining spots and the high-spirited gay nightlife of bars, clubs and cantinas.

Villa rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $1,050 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $800 per night; Holiday: Christmas and New Years weeks, $1,350 per night. Taxes are included.
