Large living and dining area, very handsomely decorated with quite a bit original Mexican art and handicraft, fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, blender, microwave, Viking pans, Cutco steak knives, and bottled water, flat screen cable TV in the living room and smaller televisions with cable in each bedroom as well, CD and DVD players (plus a collection of at least 3 dozen DVDs), iPod docking station, telephone, ceiling fans, iron and ironing board. New table, chairs, custom benches and art work, plus beach towels, beach cooler and umbrella, and more than a dozen board games for kids. Spacious wrap around balcony extends along both sides of this corner unit giving a spectacular view of all Banderas Bay and the mountains and city to the north and south. Nearly 2,000 square feet. Maximum of six (6) guests.

Condo building with elevator, reception desk and 24 hour security, common area rooftop dipping pool and sundeck terrace, maid service three times a week, guest laundry room, activity room and BBQ on rooftop, high speed wireless internet, popular palapa-roof beachfront restaurant Los Burros on Los Muertos beach; a quieter building. Short walk from all South Side restaurants, shops and cafes, the lively Puerto Vallarta gay nightclubs and a pleasant 8-10 minute stroll to the Puerto Vallarta gay beach. Usually rents only Saturday to Saturday during the winter high season months.
