One bedroom with king bed, marble tile bath and shower, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, blender, coffee maker, microwave; two cable televisions, telephone, CD player stereo/radio in living room, DVD player in bedroom, purified bottled water, safe, ceiling fans, and beachfront terrace with full beautiful Bay and Los Muertos beach view, very nicely and colorfully appointed, fully air conditioned. Approximately 940 square feet. Prefers no children. Two (2) guests maximum.

Beach-front condominium building with wireless internet, reception desk and 24 hour reception-security, elevator, a common area roof-top dipping pool and sundeck terrace with great views, maid service three times a week, laundry room and BBQ grill on the rooftop, and a popular palapa-roofed beachfront restaurant Los Burros. Short stroll from all South Side restaurants, shops and cafes, the lively Puerto Vallarta gay nightclubs and the Blue chairs gay beach. Usually rents Saturday to Saturday only during the winter season.
