PD-23  Los Muertos beach condo - Second floor beachfront condo in one of Vallarta's newer condominium buildings, with 42 units. One bedroom with king bed, one bath, fully equipped kitchen, cable television, cold water purifier, wireless internet, stereo, DVD and CD players, ceiling fans, telephone for local calls, and two mini split air conditioning units, one in the bedroom and the other in the living area. The main living area opening onto a private balcony with a nice beach and bay view. Totally remodeled in 2006. Non-smoking unit; no pets. $150.00 refundable security deposit due with final payment. Two (2) guests maximum.

Condo building with ground level common area pool and sundeck terrace, elevator, security gate, 24 hour reception desk, maid service twice per week during winter season, once a week during summer (extra service may be available for an additional charge), private beach umbrellas for client use. An internet cafe-restaurant, handcrafts store, bank, liquor store and two well-known and popular beachfront restaurants in the building.

        

The Plaza Dorada condominiums are centrally situated so it's a short stroll to all South Side-Romantic Zone relaxing sidewalk cafes, fine dining spots and unique stores, lively Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife of bars, lounges and clubs, and a short 5-7 minutes to the the world renowned Puerto Vallarta gay beach at the Green and Blue Chairs. Stroll along Los Muertos beach and then cross the new popular pedestrian bridge to the malecon boardwalk of the Puerto Vallarta el Centro downtown area and its fun activities, galleries and attractions. There is a new rule in the building that a guest is not permitted to bring in a visitor after 10pm, but I am not certain how strictly if at all this is enforced.

Condo rates: Winter: Sept 15-May 31, $185 per night, except holidays; Summer: Jun 1-Sept 14, $110 per night; Holiday season: Dec 15-Jan 10, $222 per night.
