PB-42  Fourth floor ocean-front two bedroom, two bath condo near the southern end of Los Muertos beach right behind the gay beach. Two king beds (or two twins in the back bedroom if need be), private baths, equipped kitchen, telephone, cable television, DVD and CD players, washer and dryer, ceiling fans, wireless internet, air conditioning in bedrooms, living and dining area opening onto balcony with beautiful beach and full Banderas Bay views. The apartment has been recently redecorated and the master bathroom has been remodeled with a tiled walk-in shower. The kitchen is excellently equipped with all appliances (microwave, toaster, coffee maker) and a dishwasher. Approximately 1,200 square feet. Condo building with elevator, large heated dipping pool and sun deck terrace, 24 hour reception desk and security. Registered guests must wear the wrist band or carry the photo ID which is part of the condo regulations. Wheelchair accessible. Condominium building is next door to a gay hotel which has music and rooftop entertainment at night until approximately 10pm-11pm.  

Maid service is usually Tuesday and Friday in this vacation rental; extra service available at additional cost. Pets not allowed; Smoking outside only, please.

The Playa Bonita condos are located a short walk to the main South Side-Zona Romantica area for easy access to the relaxed charm of the area with its pleasant sidewalk cafes, fun people watching and the lively Puerto Vallarta gay night clubs, cantinas, bars and lounges. You can take a fun stroll along Los Muertos beach and cross the new pedestrian bridge to the the Malecon boardwalk, the historic church of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Los Arcos amphitheater and other Puerto Vallarta downtown tourist attractions and activities. 

Condo prices: Winter: Nov 1-Mar 31, $245 per night, except for holidays; Mid-season, April and Oct, $158 per night; Summer: May 1-Sept 30, $105 per night; Holidays, Christmas and New Years weeks, $300 per night.
