LP-31  Los Muertos beach Condo - Third floor (fourth level up from the beach) ocean-front condo in the most popular condominium building in Old Town, with 46 units. Two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the guest room with two singles, two baths, ample living and dining area, balcony with a very nice view of the whole bay, equipped kitchen with stove, coffee maker, microwave, blender, refrigerator and bottled water, two televisions with cable, stereo with CD player, telephone for local calls, air conditioning in bedrooms, ceiling fans, wireless internet. Recently refurbished to include such things as new bath and hand towels in bathroom, new dishes, pots and pans, silverware, blender, bed sheets and blankets in bedroom, beach towels, and a new flat screen TV.

Condo building with staff of 15, elevator, 24-hour reception desk and security, large common heated rooftop pool and terrace sundeck area with panoramic views of Los Muertos beach and Banderas Bay, maid service six days per week (except for Sunday and Mexican holidays), and one of Puerto Vallarta's most popular beachfront restaurants.

La Palapa condos are centrally located so it's a short stroll or inexpensive taxi ride to all South Side relaxing sidewalk cafes and bookstores, fine restaurants and stores, lively Vallarta gay nightlife of bars, Mexican cantinas, clubs and relaxing lounges. It's a short two block, 2-3 minute walk to the the world-famous Blue & Green chairs gay beach area. Or you can stroll along Los Muertos beach and then across the popular pedestrian bridge to the new malecon boardwalk in the downtown area with its nightlife spots, art and shopping. The owner requests a $2-3 gratuity tip per day per guest to the maid. This unit sleeps up to four (4) clients maximum, as in all LP two bedroom vacation condo rentals.

Note: You may experience some moderate noise due to renovations in some units in the building during the summer from May 15-Oct 15.
