Condo property includes: Two bedrooms and one private bath, cable TV, DVD player and stereo in living area, TV in master bedroom, telephone for local calls, fully equipped kitchen with blender, coffee maker, toaster and microwave, iron, mini-split air conditioning in the bedrooms and living/dining room areas, safe in apartment, alarm clock, washer/dryer, small patio/deck, purified water (large bottles) available through reception, common area large pool. Maid service once a week, additional service for extra. No children; no pets. Non-smoking condo.

Excellent location is a nice feature of this well priced condo. One block up from Olas Alta street for easy access to the energy and relaxing charm of the Romantic Zone-South Side with its sidewalk cafes, boutiques and fun people watching and the lively Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife of bars, lounges and clubs. Short several minute stroll to the the well known gay beach at the Blue chairs. Walk along Los Muertos beach and then cross the popular new pedestrian bridge to the malecon boardwalk of the Puerto Vallarta downtown area and its various landmarks and fine restaurants.

Note: There is a $300-400 refundable security deposit with this condominium or else upon check-in the client is required to sign a Damage Deposit Form and provide a copy of their credit card. The damage deposit is in the amount of $300-400 USD. Should any damages occur your credit card will be charged for the total amount of the damages.

Maximum of four (4) persons. Minimum three (3) night rental, except seven (7) night minimum for holidays.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 19, and Jan 4-Apr 30, $145 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31: $109 per night; Holidays: Dec 20-Jan 3, $230 per night.
