ED-603   Los Muertos beach Condo - Second floor ocean-front two bedroom penthouse condo in one of the most sought after condominium buildings in Puerto Vallarta, the El Dorado, with 22 units. Two bedrooms, each with a king bed, the master opening onto a balcony, each bedroom with a bath, large closet space, mini-spilt air conditioning, a smart television with Netflix in both bedrooms and living room, ceiling fans, nice newly painted living and dining area, balcony with a partial ocean and beach view. Other amenities include wireless internet, an iron and ironing board, and with a safe in the unit. The fully equipped and recently remodeled kitchen and breakfast bar include a blender, coffee maker, cooktop, oven, refrigerator, and toaster. Could sleep up to four (4) guests maximum.

Kids are allowed; pets are not allowed. Street parking. There are 21 stairs to this unit. Approximately 1,200 square feet or 111.5 square meters.

Condo building with common area dipping pool and sun deck terrace with brilliant ocean views, security gate and reception desk, elevator, English speaking staff available during the day and early evening, popular beachfront restaurant. Daily maid service except for Sunday and Mexican holidays. Short stroll to South Side bars and cantinas, gay night clubs, restaurants, shopping and the Blue Chairs beach area..

All El Dorado vacation rentals are non-smoking including the balconies. All public areas of the building are now also non-smoking with the exception of the pool area and the lower deck. No cigars or pipes are allowed in any public area. The pool is heated from Nov 1 to May 1 each year. Bottled purified water is available at no charge. Check-in is generally after 3-4pm, and check-out is at 11am or Noon depending on the unit. The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations of the building are the responsibility of the guests.

Cleaning Services: The maid services included, one (1) time per week, is based on a minimum rental of seven (7) days. In case your rental is less than this or requires additional services, the cost will be approximately $25 USD per day. We ask you to please be kind enough to tip the maid.

Please Note: Applicable taxes, the 16% Value added tax IVA and the 3% Hospitality tax, are not included in the rental rate noted below and have to be added to your total to complete your reservation once your dates are selected. For this El Dorado condo there is also a refundable security deposit of $300 USD due with the final payment which I hold for for my clients in case of damages and send back within a week of departure. Client is responsible for any and all damages beyond normal wear and tear.

A 50% initial deposit is due within four to six (4-6) days of your confirmed reservation to hold your booking. The final payment/balance is due at 35-45 days before arrival, except for holidays when it is due at 65-70 days before arrival..

Condominium prices: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 19 and Jan 4-April 30, $285 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $188 per night; Summer II: Jun 1-Sept 30, $215 per night; Holidays: Easter week each year and also Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 20-Jan 3, $325 per night.
