Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooktop, oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, bottled water and breakfast bar.

Condo features: Three large bedrooms each with private bath, fully air conditioned, cable television, fully equipped kitchen, an ample living and dining area with modern new furnishings, wireless internet, DVD and CD players, iron and ironing board and maid service six days per week, except Sundays and holidays. (Same basic floor plan and design as the AND-7 unit but slightly different views from higher elevation)

Andales on the Bay condo building with furnished rooftop with bay and town views, BBQ grill, elevator, heated dipping pool and a terrace for sun-tanning and entertaining. Andale condominiums are very centrally located on Olas Atlas street so it's a short walk to South Side-Zona Romantica cafes, fine dining spots and stores, the exciting Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife and a short 4-5 minutes to the the famous Puerto Vallarta gay beach at the Blue and Green chairs. Stroll along Los Muertos beach and then cross the pedestrian bridge over the Cuale River to the Puerto Vallarta malecon in downtown. No pets allowed; smoking outside only on balconies please. Sleeps up to six (6) guests maximum.

Condo prices: Winter: November 1-December 19, and January 4-April 20, $374 per night; Summer: May 1-October 31, $345 per night; Holiday weeks: Christmas and New Years weeks, December 20-January 3, $460 per night. (All prices are subject to change without notice and until reservation is confirmed.)
