ALM-5  Olas Altas condo - This pleasant two bedroom, three bath condo situated in a newly renovated 7 unit building is located in Puerto Vallarta's most charming and desired area known as the Zona Romantica. This vacation getaway is just a block and a half away from Los Muertos Beach and a 2-3 minutes stroll from the Blue and Green Chairs gay beaches area.

Condo features: Two bedrooms with one king bed and two singles (can be made into a king if desired) with private bath, air conditioning in bedrooms and living area - fully air conditioned, equipped kitchen with cooktop, oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave and purified bottled water, cable television, CD/DVD player, iron and ironing board, washer and dryer, wireless internet, towels and linens. Small balcony in front off living room and also off master bedroom with local town/street view.

Non-smoking vacation rental. No pets are allowed; children ok. Maid service twice a week, extra service may be available. Approximately 50 stairs up to unit. Condo has around 1,300 square feet. Sleeps up to four (4) guests maximum. Note: this condo is for sale, and 24-hour notice will be given by the agent for a showing.

Condo building built in 2007, and with rooftop common area sun deck terrace, palapa, and dipping pool with nice mountain, jungle view and partial bay view. Memo, the bilingual and friendly El Almendro building manager, is available for any questions or concerns.

This gay-friendly holiday accommodation is conveniently located just two minutes from popular Los Muertos beach and 2-3 blocks from from the renowned Vallarta gay beach. Within just a few minutes leisurely stroll you can find yourself among the best restaurants, relaxing cafes and the exciting Vallarta gay clubs in town. An eclectic array of art galleries, unique stores and the downtown Malecon are also within fairly easy walking distance via the new pedestrian bridge over the Cuale River.

A 50% deposit is required within four-six (4-6) business days from the date the reservation is made; final payment at 35-40 days before arrival. Note: A $250 refundable security deposit is required which I hold for my clients in case of damages or breakage, and then send back within 7-10 days of departure.

Condo rates: Winter: Jan 4-Apr 30, $175 per night. Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $137 per night. Holiday weeks, Dec 20-Jan 3, $225 per night. Weekly discounts may be available. Three (3) night minimum except for holidays with seven (7) night minimum. (Prices as of August 2016.
