V399-408  Old Town Condo - Located in the newly constructed Condominium V399 located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone, this nicely decorated studio has city views and features a queen bed.

The new constructed V399 building was built in 2012, has an elevator, underground secure parking, 24-hour on-site security and a spacious rooftop terrace. It is centrally located just off Old Town's well known Basilio Badillo street, and a short 5-8 minute walk to Vallarta's downtown downtown boardwalk with its fine works of art, restaurants and many nightlife spots.

Condo features: One queen bed, private bath, air conditioned, wireless internet, satellite television, a brand new modern equipped kitchen with oven, cooktop, dish washer, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, blender and dining table with seating for four, washer and dryer, overhead fans, iron and ironing board, linens and towels. Maid service is once (1 time) per week, and the guest may request additional service for an extra charge. Non-smoking; children ok; pets allowed. Sleeps up to two (2) guests maximum.

The V399 seventh floor rooftop common area terrace is complete with a large heated infinity pool, two jacuzzis, BBQ, as well as dining, lounging and socializing areas all with gorgeous sweeping 360-degree panormaic vistas of the town, the Sierra Madre mountains and lovely Banderas (Flags) Bay and its beautiful sunsets.

A pleasant short saunter to many unique Romantic Zone one-of-a-kind shops and boutiques, excellent dining spots, and the vivacious gay nightclubs, cantinas, and bars of the Romantic Zone. Only four short blocks to Los Muertos, and several more to the ever popular Puerto Vallarta gay beach at the world-renowned Blue chairs.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $135 per night, except for holidays; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $90 per night; Holidays: Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 20-Jan 3, $170 per night.
