V399-1  Old Town Condo - Located in the newly constructed Condominium V399 located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone, this professionally decorated penthouse includes two beautifully appointed and spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The master features a king bed, while the guest bedroom has a queen. Both bedrooms have flat screen cable television, DVD, and are complete with air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The beautifully designed and appointed kitchen with its top-of-the-line appliances has granite counter tops, along with a large island with seating for four people. The tastefully decorated living and dinning areas are more than spacious and were designed for convenience and comfort. Large and dramatic detailed oil paintings and charcoal drawings are artfully placed throughout this tastefully decorated penthouse.

While offering comfort and seclusion, some of the nearby surrounding town attractions include upscale gourmet restaurants, plush lounges, bars, and colorful art galleries showcasing local and national artists.

The new constructed V399 building was built in 2012 and the penthouse #1 vacation rental has approximately 1,786 square feet or 166 square meters. Centrally located just off Old Town's well known Basilio Badillo street, and a short 5-8 minute walk to Vallarta's downtown malecon & boardwalk with its fine works of art and many nightlife spots.

Condo features: Two bedrooms with king and queen bed, 2.5 baths, air conditioned, internet wireless, cable television, a brand new modern equipped kitchen with oven, cooktop, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, blender and breakfast bar with seating for four, a purified water system, CD and DVD player, BBQ grill, phone for local calls, alarm clock, washer and dryer, overhead fans, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, linens and towels. Maid service is once (1 time) per week, on Wednesday. Non-smoking; no children; no pets allowed. Sleeps up to four (4) guests maximum.

The roof-top common area is complete with a large heated infinity pool, BBQ, two jacuzzis, as well as dinning, lounging and socializing areas all with sweeping 360-degree vistas of the town, the Sierra Madre mountains and lovely Banderas Bay. Panoramic views and romantic ambiance are in abundance in this spectacular holiday getaway

Also just a short and pleasant saunter to many unique Romantic Zone one-of-a-kind boutiques and stores, excellent restaurants, the vivacious gay night-clubs of the Romantic Zone. Only four short blocks to Los Muertos, and a few more to the ever popular Puerto Vallarta gay beach at the world famous Blue & Green chairs.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $305 per night, except for holidays; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $205 per night; Holidays: Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 20-Jan 3, $385 per night.
