RM-PH7 - Old Town Condo - Located in the Rivera Molino complex, one block from Los Muertos beach and on the edge of the romantic Cuale River in the Old Town area of Puerto Vallarta, this building offers lush tropical river-side gardens, a spacious heated swimming pool, gated ingress and egress entry, as well as easy walking access to many of the town's attractions and activities.

Condominium features: This nicely decorated luxury three bedroom and three bath penthouse property on the fourth floor features lodging for up to six (6) guests, and has a total of approximately 1,517 square feet or 141 square meters. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, all common electric appliances, pots and pans, modern china and glassware, granite counter and a dining table that seats six (6) persons. There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer to make your stay like you were at home.

Other amenities in this vacation rental include a cable flat screen television in the living room and each bedroom, mini-split air conditioning, safe in unit in the Master bedroom, ceiling fans, purified water system, wireless internet, an iron and ironing board, washer and dryer, linens and towels. A balcony off the living room has pleasant views of the Sierra Madre mountains as well as city views. Double pane sliding glass doors and windows will give you the peace and quiet you deserve on vacation. The complex further includes an elevator from the main floor to your level, and 24-hour reception security. Street parking.

The Master bedroom features a king size bed, an en-suite bath with walk in closet, safe, television, as well as mini-split air-conditioning. The first guest bedroom offers a king size bed, TV services, a mini-split and a separate bathroom. The second guest rooms offers a queen size bed, TV Services, a mini-split a/c unit, and a separate bathroom. Laundry room with a washer and dryer is also provided.

Sleeps up to six (6) persons maximum. This luxury vacation rental is non-smoking; pets are not permitted. The Rivera Molino apartment complex is rather new and was constructed in 2010. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is 11am.

The common area of the Rivera Molino are filled with indigenous tropical landscaping and lush foliage featuring conversation areas, a heated sparkling pool, and gardens that blend into the environment. You will be in a secure property with 24-hour security personnel with a gated entry.

This is the perfect location in Vallarta and you can enjoy easy walking access to all the town's many fun attractions including fine art galleries and enjoyable shopping, the lively and happening gay bars and clubs, fine dining, the Guadalupe cathedral, Los Arcos amphitheater, the downtown and Malecon, and many more local things to see and do. The Vallarta gay beach at the Blue and Green chairs is a short 10-12 minute stroll through the charming Romantic Zone or along Los Muertos beach.

Cleaning Services: The maid services included, one (1) time per week, is based on a minimum rental of seven (7) days. In case your rental is less than this or requires additional services, the cost will be approx $25 USD per day. There is no service on Sundays or Mexican holidays. We ask you to please be kind enough to tip the maid.

Note: Applicable taxes, the 16% IVA, are not included in the rental rate noted below and have to be added to your total to complete your reservation once your dates are selected. For this Rivera Molino condo there is also a refundable security deposit of $400 USD due with the final payment which I hold for for my clients in case of damages and send back within a 7-10 days of departure. Client is responsible for any and all damages beyond normal wear and tear.

A 50% non-refundable initial deposit is due within four to six (4-6) days of your confirmed reservation to hold your booking. The final payment/balance is due at 35-45 days before arrival, except for holiday weeks when it is due at 65-70 days before arrival.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 19 and Jan 4-Apr 30, $315 per night, except holidays; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $240 per night; Holidays: Easter week, and Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 20-Jan 3, $315 per night. There is a five (5) night minimum for winter months, and three (3) night minimum stay during the summer; only Easter week each year requires a seven (7) night minimum. (Tariffs as of July 2021.
