CLP-3  Amapas Condo -  This two bedroom, two bath condo with 1,000 square feet is nestled into the jungle overlooking famous Los Muertos beach. As a five-condo complex the Villas del Macuaz cascades down the mountainside, with Casa Los Palomos resting just steps away from the beautifully designed ocean-blue pool. The architectural design is classic Mexican and the interior of this vacation rental getaway is rich in color. The fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator that has a purified water dispenser is ready for the guests who wish to dine in, but keep in mind that many superb restaurants in Vallarta are just 10-12 minutes away down the hill in the main South Side or Zona Romantica area.

Los Palomos #3 has wireless internet throughout, as well as off-street parking. There is TV in both bedrooms, DVD & stereo in the master bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a washer-dryer. Partial ocean and pool view from the dinning room area.

Condo features: Two bedrooms with a king and a queen bed, 2 baths, air conditioned in bedrooms and living room, internet wireless, cable television, modern new equipped kitchen with oven, cooktop, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, blender, purified bottled water, telephone for local calls only, alarm clock, CD and DVD player, overhead fans, iron & ironing board, washer & dryer, safe in unit, linens and towels.

Maid service is twice (2 times) per week. Smoking outside only please; children ok; no pets allowed. Sleeps up to four (4) guests maximum. Note: There are approximately 30 steps to get to this vacation rental.

Located just off Coastal Highway 200, it's a short few minutes taxi ride to Vallarta's fabulous South Side with its many unique one-of-a-kind stores and boutiques, excellent restaurants, and the thrilling gay night-clubs including Paco's Ranch, CC Slaughters and Garbo piano bar. Or head off to the downtown downtown & boardwalk and its environs with its fine works of art, galleries and many fun straight nightlife spots.

Only a five-seven minute leisurely stroll down the hillside to Los Muertos beach and to the ever popular Puerto Vallarta gay beach at the world famous Blue & Green chairs.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $155 per night, except for holidays; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $135 per night; Holidays: Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 20-Jan 3, $235 per night.
