OA-1  Olas Altas Condo - One bedroom apartment located in the heart of South Side Vallarta in the quaint and private seven-unit complex known as the Condominios Olas Altas, just two blocks up from beautiful Los Muertos, the town's principal and most popular beach.

Condominium features: Studio with king bed, one bath, air conditioning, equipped kitchen with a cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffee maker and purified bottled water, wireless internet access, phone for local calls, cable TV, overhead and floor fans, CD player, towels and linens, alarm clock, iron, hair dryer, and there is a safe in the unit. Maid service is provided one (1) time per seven day rental; extra service may be available for a fee.

Sleeps two (2) people maximum. This vacation rental is non-smoking (smoking allowed outside only, in terrace-pool area); no children allowed; no pets permitted. Some two dozen or so stairs to the property up from the street level. The apartment complex was constructed in 1980. Street parking.

Unit 1 is 800 square feet or 74 square meters, a first floor/level unit. Located behind the pool and terrace area and up small set of stairs (see picture below). Unit 1 has undergone extensive changes with a complete bathroom and kitchen remodel, new decor for the bedroom, living room and dining area and new appliances for the kitchen. The apartment has also been redone with new mattress and bedding. The property is completely furnished with all the necessities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning.

Cleaning Services: The services included is based on a minimum rental of seven (7) days. In case your rentals is less than this or requires additional services, there is a charge of $25.00 USD per day.

Condo building complex with dipping pool (not heated) and a nice sundeck terrace for sun-tanning and entertaining. Centrally located on the South Side's main street of Olas Altas; two blocks to Los Muertos beach. A short stroll or taxi to all Old Town stores, dining, the exciting gay nightlife of bars, discos and Mexican cantinas. A short 5-6 minute stroll to the Vallarta gay beach at the famed Blue and Green Chairs.

Damage Deposit: Please note that as of Jan 1, 2018 a $35.00 USD damage deposit is now mandatory for all clients renting units at the Condominios Olas Altas. The deposit provides coverage to travelers in the event that damages occur during your stay. It also protects you from having to pay additional costs if any accidental damages happen during your stay at the property for up to $500.00 US dollars.

Condo prices: Winter: Nov 1-May 31, $115 per night, except holidays; Summer: Jun 1-Sept 30, $85 per night; Holiday weeks: Christmas and New Years, Dec 20-Jan 3, $135 per night. All rates include taxes. Three (3) night minimum, except for holiday weeks with a seven (7) nights minimum. (Prices as of January 2018.
