Condominiums Olas Altas Unit 2 - Puerto Vallarta Studio Condo Street-Side in the South Side - Ref. OA-2
 

OA-2  Olas Altas Condo - Studio apartment located in the heart of Old Town Vallarta in the quaint and private seven-unit complex known as the Condominios Olas Altas, just two blocks up from beautiful Los Muertos beach.

Condominium features: Studio with one bath, air conditioned, equipped kitchen with a cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffee maker and purified bottled water, wireless internet access, phone for local calls, overhead ceiling fans, linens and towels, BBQ grill, alarm clock, iron, hair dryer. There is a safe in the unit. The living room has two sofas, television, CD and DVD player and cable. Maid service is provided one (1) time per seven day rental.

Sleeps two (2) people maximum. This vacation rental is non-smoking (smoking allowed outside only, in the terrace-pool area). No kids allowed and no pets are permitted. Perhaps some two dozen stairs to the property up from the street level. The apartment complex was constructed in 1980. Street parking.

The unit #2 is 800 square feet or 74 sq. meters, a first floor/level unit. Located behind the terrace pool area and up small set of stairs (see picture above left). Unit 2 has undergone extensive remodeling, including new tiling throughout and new decor for the living room and bedroom. The apartment has also been redone with new mattress and bedding. Unit is completely furnished with all the necessities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning.

Condominios Olas Altas complex with dipping pool (not heated) and a nice sundeck terrace for sun-tanning and entertaining. Centrally located on the South Side's main street of Olas Altas and two blocks down to Los Muertos beach. A short stroll or taxi to all Old Town stores, dining, the exciting gay nightlife of bars, discos and Mexican cantinas, and then across the Cuale River into downtown Vallarta. A pleasant short 4-6 minute stroll to the gay beach at the famed Blue and Green Chairs. Check-in is 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am.

Cleaning Services: The maid services included, one (1) time per week, is based on a minimum rental of seven (7) days. In case your rental is less than this or requires additional services, the cost will be approx $25 USD per day. There is no service on Sunday or Mexican national holidays. We ask you to please be kind enough to tip the maid directly.

Note: Applicable taxes, the 16% IVA, are not included in the rental rate noted below and have to be added to your total to complete your reservation once your dates are selected. For this Playa Bonita condo there is also a refundable security deposit of $225 USD due with the final payment which I hold for for my clients in case of damages and send back within a 7-10 days of departure. Client is responsible for any and all damages beyond normal wear and tear.

A 50% initial deposit is due within four to six (4-6) days of your confirmed reservation to hold your booking. The final payment/balance is due at 35-45 days before arrival, except for holidays when it is due at 65-70 days before arrival.

Condo prices: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $120 per night, except holidays; Summer: May 1-Sept 30, $85 per night; Holiday weeks: Easter week and Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 20-Jan 3, $145 per night. Important Note: Applicable taxes, the 16% IVA, have to be added to your total amount to complete your reservation. There is a three (3) night minimum year round, except for holidays with a seven (7) nights min. (Prices as of September 2021.
