LP-21  Los Muertos Beach Condo - Second floor (third level up from beach level) ocean front condo in the most popular condominium building in Old Town, with 46 units. The master bedroom features a king bed, en-suite bath, a/c and a large closet. The guest bedroom has one king size bed (can be split into two single beds) and air conditioning, and then conveniently located next to this guest room is a bathroom with shower.

Amenities include equipped kitchen including cooktop oven, refrigerator, toaster, blender, coffee maker, microwave and bottled water, cable television, ceiling fans, CD player, a/c in bedrooms only, telephone for local calls, linens and towels, living and dining area opening onto terrace with splendid beach and Banderas Bay views. No pets; smoking is allowed only outside, please. Maximum of four (4) guests. Maid service is daily except for Sundays and Mexican holidays.

Condominium building with staff of fifteen, a large common rooftop heated pool and terrace sundeck area with panoramic views of Vallarta and Banderas Bay, 24 hour reception desk and security, elevator, and one of the town's most popular beachfront restaurants. La Palapa condos are centrally located so it's just a short walk or taxi to all South Side sidewalk cafes, fine dining spots and stores, and the high-spirited gay Vallarta nightlife. Two short blocks to the well known Blue Chairs gay beach area. Stroll along Los Muertos and then cross the popular new pedestrian bridge to the main downtown and malecon area for more dining spots and fun things to see and do.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $290 per night, except for holidays; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $185 per night; Holidays: Christmas and New Years weeks, please inquire.
