the newer condominium buildings in town, Amapas 353.
This condominium of 1200 square feet or 107 square meters, is on located on the 6th floor of the building and offers all
the necessary amenities as well as breathtaking views from the unit's
wrap-around private terrace, so there's fabulous views of of Banderas Bay,
looking south all the way down the coast to the famed Los Arcos Reserve and
north all the way to Punta de Mita.
The Amapas 353 Penthouse is a charming vacation rental property that offers all
of the comforts of home and includes a large, open living area, a fully equipped
kitchen with cook top, oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, refrigerator,
toaster, dishwasher and disposal, along with
cookware, utensils and table settings and a ;purified water system. There is twice
(2) weekly maid service. This condominium
also includes a small loft above the living room with a single bed allowing your
suite to sleep three (3) guests.
Add to that air conditioning, cable TV, DSL-high speed and wireless, iron and
ironing board, towels and linens, Netflix and a safe
inside the rental unit - and you have just about everything you need for a fun-filled
vacation in beautiful Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Pets are not allowed. Smoking
only outside.
The
Amapas 353 building complex features a large heated pool with jaccuzi on the
roof top, a fully-equipped gym, BBQ and shaded lounge areas, all overlooking the
magnificent beach below and Banderas Bay.
Just steps away from Los Muertos beach, fine dining and bars, boutiques, the Cuale River Island and its lush vegetation and a 10-minute walk from the famous
Vallarta downtown Malecon. Parking.
Bedroom includes: King size bed, closet, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with shower, ceiling fan, flat screen cable television, a safe and a small balcony of approximately 50 sq. ft. off the en-suite bathroom.
Nicely located on one the South Side's main streets, Amapas street, just two blocks to Los Muertos beach and the famed Blue and Green Chairs. A short stroll or taxi to all Old Town stores, restaurants, shopping and the exciting gay nightlife of clubs, bars and Mexican cantinas. Taxi or take a 10-14 minute walk through the South Side to get downtown with its many interesting art galleries, stores, dining spots and the fun Malecon boardwalk.
Cleaning Services: The services included is based on a minimum rental of seven (7) days. In case your rentals is less than this or requires additional services, there is a charge of $25 USD per day.

Damage Deposit: Please note that as of Jan 1, 2018 a $35.00 US damage deposit is now mandatory for all clients renting units at the Condominios Olas Altas. The deposit provides coverage to travelers in the event that damages occur during your stay. It also protects you from having to pay additional costs if any accidental damages happen during your stay at the property for up to $500.00 US dollars.
Condominium rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $330 per night, except for the holidays; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $190 per night; Holiday weeks: Christmas and New Years, Dec 19-Jan 3, $415 per night. All rates include taxes. There is a five (5) night minimum for winter months, except for a seven (7) nights min during the holidays. (Prices as of March 2018.
