MDA-98 - Los Muertos Beach Condo - Spectacular 9th floor views overlooking Banderas Bay, Los Muertos beach, the new Malecon and the downtown lights lovely Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

This rental is a luxurious three bedroom, three bathroom condominium of 3,180 square feet includes a fully equipped kitchen with cook top, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, blender, microwave, dishwasher, and a fine terrace with approximately 355 square feet.

Master bedroom includes: Approximately 660 square feet, king size bed, walk in closets, air conditioning, a small balcony with city and mountain views, ensuite bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub, ceiling fans, flat-screen TV with satellite service,

2nd guest bedroom includes: King size bed, a/c, closets, ceiling fans, ensuite bathroom with shower, city and mountain view, and linens.

Smaller 3rd bedroom includes: Approximately 125 square feet, queen bed, no windows, small closet, bathroom located across the hall with shower, air conditioning, iPod docking system, ceiling fans, flat screen cable TV approximately 32", sliding frosted glass doors for privacy, and a safe.

The living room is equipped with a large flat screen TV approximately 42" with multiple satellite television channels. There is also wireless internet, Vonage phone for unlimited long distance to the US and Canada, and local phone service.

Condo and building features: Central air with separate controls in each room, balcony with magnificent Puerto Vallarta city and bay views, elevator, common area heated pool, parking, fully furnished, jetted tub in the master bathroom, ceiling fans, satellite televisions in the living area and two bedrooms, CD/DVD player, telephone, Vonage (unlimited long distance calls to Canada and the USA), wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, washer and dryer in the laundry room, alarm clocks, safe, iron and ironing board, linens, towels. Two bedrooms with king bed and one smaller bedroom with a queen size bed.

Sleeps up to six (6) guests. Children are allowed. A non-smoking unit please; pets are not allowed.

Note: As with most Molino de Agua condo units, there is a $500 refundable security deposit due with the final payment which I hold for my clients in case of damages and send back within a 7-10 days of departure. A 50% deposit is due within 5-6 days to hold your booking. Final payment/balance due at 35-45 days before arrival, except for holidays with final payment due at 60-65 days before arrival.

Rates: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 20 and Jan 4-Apr 30, $460 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $405 per night; Holiday: Dec 20-Jan 3, $585 per night. As with all Molino units there is now a seven (7) night minimum. Condominium prices noted here are as of December 2013 and all tariffs on this website may be subject to change without notice until reservation is confirmed.
