MDA-48 - Los Muertos Beach Condo - This fourth floor fully-furnished, 3,000 square foot (278 sq. meters) Old Town Puerto Vallarta condo is a nicely appointed three bedroom, three bathroom unit. The stunning ocean-side accommodation is located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone. Bordered by the River Cuale on one side and beautiful Banderas Bay on the other, the condominium is centrally located in the middle of all the exciting things this coastal beach town has to offer.

This Vallarta condo rental unit has views of Banderas Bay, the Cuale River, downtown Vallarta and the Sierra Madre mountains from the two rear bedroom suites. The terrace with outdoor dining furniture and BBQ grill overlook the spectacular large swimming pool and fabulous garden area which are just steps away from the surf and sand. The pool area also offers lounge chairs, covered seating and gathering areas for complete poolside enjoyment. The Molino de Agua building and units were planned for physically impaired access as well. There is 24-hour security service with key access only. All rooms were designed with individual air conditioning control panels.

Condominium features: One master bedroom with king bed and private bath, and the other two guest bedrooms with queen size bed, the terrace with pleasant beach, town and bay views, alarm clock, BBQ grill, jacuzzi in the master bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, cooktop, oven, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, blender and a purified water system, washer/dryer, ceiling fans throughout the condo, beach towels, cable television, CD/DVD player, internet wireless, iPod player, safety box, telephone for local calls, Vonage with unlimited free phone calls to Canada and the United States, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, linens and towels. Kids allowed. A non-smoking vacation rental; no pets are allowed. Maid service twice a week (there is no service on Sunday or Mexican holidays). Please kind enough to be generous with your tipping, $2-3 per day per guest. Maximum of six (6) registered guests are allowed.

A 24/7 convenience store, fine pastry shop and an ocean-view restaurant are directly across the street and a new gym is located just around the corner from the main entrance of this beach-front Puerto Vallarta rental. Condo is close to many South Side dining spots, fun shopping and the exciting Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife of bars, Mexican cantinas and clubs. Short 10-15 minute walk or quick taxi to the Vallarta gay beach at the world famous Blue and Green chairs on Los Muertos.

Note: As with most Molino de Agua units in Puerto Vallarta, there is a $500 refundable security deposit due with the final payment which is held for clients in case of damages and sent back within a 7-10 days of clients' departure. A 50% deposit is due within 5-7 days to hold your booking. Final payment/balance due at 35-45 days before arrival, except for holidays when due at 60-70 days before arrival.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 19 and Jan 4-Apr 30, $495 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $350 per night; Holidays, Christmas and New Years: Dec 20-Jan 3, $595 per night.
