Condo features: Building with staff of 15, elevator, maid service six days per week (except Sunday and Mexican holidays), large common area heated rooftop pool and terrace sundeck area with panoramic views of Puerto Vallarta and Banderas Bay, 24 hour reception desk and security, and one of Vallarta's most popular beachfront restaurants. No pets allowed.

La Palapa condos are very centrally located so it's a short walk or taxi to all South Side relaxing sidewalk cafes, fine restaurants and stores, lively Vallarta gay nightclubs with the many bars, lounges, cantinas and pianos and show clubs, and a short two blocks to the the well known gay beach at the world-famous Blue and Green chairs. Stroll along Los Muertos beach and then cross the popular pedestrian bridge to the malecon boardwalk of the Puerto Vallarta el Centro downtown area. Owner requests $2-3 gratuity tip per day per person to the maid.

Note: You may experience moderate noise due to renovations in some units in the building from May 15-October 15.
