MDA-14 - Los Muertos beach condominium - This spacious three bedroom, three bath Puerto Vallarta condo is located in the second Tower from the beach and on the 1st floor (second level up from ground floor) at the secure and exclusive private community Residencias Molino de Agua, adjacent to famed Los Muertos Beach and the Cuale River in the Zona Romantica of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. City, mountain and bay views.

The condominium complex offers an elevator to your door, free assigned parking, common area spacious heated infinity swimming pool, 24 hour security, a gated entry, and is handicapped and wheelchair accessible (may have limitations). A riverside garden area that blends into the natural environment and an elevated sandy beach with a large sunning area combines with easy walking access to all of Puerto Vallarta attractions including restaurants, the weekly art-walk, many fine shops, the downtown malecon and much more.

Condo features: Equipped kitchen which comes with cooktop, oven, coffee maker, blender, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, and disposal. The master suite features a king bed and ensuite bath with jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower. The second guest suite also has a king bed and ensuite bath with walk-in shower. The third guest bedroom with queen size bed. The third bathroom adjacent to it has a walk-in shower. All bedrooms in this fine vacation rental have flat screen televisions with satellite TV service, i-Pod stations and security safes.

This luxurious condominium's amenities include a 50'' flat screen TV with satellite service, DVD and stereo surround sound in the living room and a fourth iPod station in the kitchen. The condominium includes a Vonage phone for unlimited long distance to the US and Canada (line 2) and unlimited long distance calling within Mexico itself (line 1). For the clients' further convenience, a computer and high speed wireless internet service are provided.

Fully furnished with large capacity washer and dryer, ceiling fans, beautiful furniture and some nice artwork, CD player, linens and towels, alarm clocks, hair dryers, iron and ironing board, a purified water system, and a top of the line "Wolf" BBQ. Full central air conditioning with individual room controls. All of these touches help to make your Puerto Vallarta holiday as relaxing and pleasant as possible.

This gay-friendly Puerto Vallarta luxury vacation rental can sleep up to six (6) registered guests. Maid service in this condo is two days per week. Children ok. Smoking on terraces outside only; guests are not allowed to have pets.

Enjoy pleasant views of Banderas Bay and Puerto Vallarta while sipping your morning coffee or tea on the spacious balcony or with a margarita in the evening while watching the nightly fireworks display from the Marigalante pirate ship. Approximately 3,100 square feet or 284 square meters.

Note: As with all MDA units, there is a $500 refundable security deposit due with the final payment which is held for clients in case of damages and sent back within a 7-10 days of departure. A 50% deposit is due within 4-6 days to hold your booking. Final payment/balance due at 35-45 days before arrival, except for holiday rentals when payment is due at 60-65 days before arrival.

Condo prices: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 19 and Jan 4-Apr 30, $435.00 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $295.00 per night; Holiday: Dec 20-Jan 3, $675 per night. Weekly discounts may be available.
