Just 2-1/2 short blocks up from the town's popular Los Muertos beach.

This fully furnished, recently remodeled Loma del Mar condo is a home away from home. The living room has open and airy feel that extends onto a nice balcony terrace overlooking lush tropical gardens with majestic palms and Banderas Bay in the distance. The well-equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances (six burner stove and oven) and a microwave. The living room has a large ceiling fan, comfortable seating, flat screen TV with cable, and Samsung dual docking station for iPod/iphone 4/5.

The master bedroom features two twin beds that can be converted to a king bed, closet, ceiling fan, air conditioning, and bath with shower. The second bedroom features queen bed with a view, ceiling fan, a/c, closet, and bathroom with shower.

Condo property includes: Two bedrooms, two bath, cable TV, wireless internet, well equipped kitchen with coffee maker, new stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, a washer and dryer, terrace with partial ocean view, purified water system, ceiling fans, towels and linens. Non-smoking unit. Kids ok; no pets. Maid service one (1) time weekly. A maximum of four (4) persons allowed.

The Loma del Mar apartment complex includes a large tiled swimming pool with solar heating in the central common area with plenty of sun, lounge area and chairs, well maintained grounds with lush tropical gardens, 24/7 security, and english speaking on-site administration.

Excellent location is a pleasant feature of this modestly-priced holiday apartment. One block from Olas Altas street for easy access to the charm of the Romantic Zone and just minutes to dozens of restaurants, laid-back sidewalk cafes, boutiques, fun people watching and the lively Vallarta gay nightlife of clubs, Mexican cantinas and piano bars. Stroll along the beach and cross the new pedestrian bridge to the Malecon, the historic Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe and Puerto Vallarta downtown. Short 5-7 minute walk to the the well-known gay beach at the famed Blue and Green Chairs.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $140 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $112 per night; Holidays: Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 20-Jan 3, $178 per night.
