A.  The new Casita.  One bedroom of 1400 sq. ft. with king bed, air conditioning, private bath, open living room and
full kitchen, breakfast bar, overhead fans, television, cassette/CD player, and a private sun deck.
B.  Casa Palapa.  A one or two bedroom of 1600 sq. ft. with king bed, walk in closet, A/C and private bath in the
master, with a double bed under an open-air thatched palapa as other bedroom.  Full kitchen, open living and dining
area under a palapa, terrace, television, one bath.
C.  Main Casa.  Two bedroom 1600 sq. ft. suite with king bed, bath and private terrace in master and king bed and
private bath in other, walk in closets.  Full kitchen, spacious living and dining area, A/C, television and the large
private terrace with its palapa bar spans the entire front of the villa.
 
 

A lovely villa in the heights of Alta Vista with three suites totaling 4 bedrooms. The "casitas" are self contained, offering complete privacy and may be rented together or separately. This makes it perfect for a group as you can have your privacy, while the many terraces and entertainment areas offers a charming setting for friends, families or retreats.

The villa features include common dipping pool and sun deck terrace, BBQ, cable TV, CD player, telephone, high speed internet access, equipped kitchen with toaster, blender and microwave, an inhouse water purification system and on-site management. Because of its hillside location, all levels have outstanding panoramic views of the Puerto Vallarta, the jungle and Banderas Bay. Beautiful plants cascade down the walls and lush tropical gardens grace the property. Maid service and house boy Mon through Sat. A private cook and laundry service are available. Short taxi ride to the gay beach, bars, and restaurants.

Each "casita" has its own spacious living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and private terrace. There are ceiling fans throughout. All bedrooms are air conditioned and each has its own private bath.

Casa Grande. Two bedroom, two bath suite with each bedroom opening onto the large private terrace that spans the entire front of the villa. The furnishings and design are traditional Mexican style and include a charming palapa covered bar and a dining table for eight. A beautiful fountain graces the sitting area. Two king beds or one king/two twins. Approximately 1,600 sq. feet of living space.

Casa Palapa. Tropical and romantic one bedroom one bath suite, set beneath a large palapa roof. The large master bedroom opens to a terrace allowing for sweeping ocean views. Approx. 1500 sq. ft. with king bed, walk in closet, and open living and dining area under the palapa.
