FZ-1 - A pleasant two bedroom, two bath villa in Conchas Chinas with king beds and a large living area with wood-beamed A-frame ceilings. There are patios off every room, equipped and stocked kitchen, television, VCR, stereo, CD player, telephone, a/c, BBQ and overlook terrace with an ocean view, common area dipping pool and gardens. The villa has 2,000 square feet and is nicely furnished with antique colonial furniture and some original artwork. Recently remodeled with a new tile roof and tile floors. Staff and maid service. Cook may be available for extra. Pets allowed. Four (4) guests maximum.
 

FZ-2  - Three bedroom, two bath villa in Conchas Chinas decorated in the Mexican style. All three bedrooms have a king size bed and sliding doors opening onto the deck. There's ample wardrobe space in every room. The spacious open plan living and dining area provides a warm welcome to the house. The villa has nearly 2,000 sq. feet and is nicely furnished and features an equipped and stocked kitchen, television, VCR, stereo, CD player, a/c, telephone, BBQ, patios off each room and overlook terraces with nice bay views.  Special touches can be found in the lovely antique furnishings and local textiles used generously in the decor. The large 20' by 30' deck offers a spacious outdoor living area. Recently remodeled and well cared for. Staff and maid service. A cook may be available for extra upon request. Reasonably priced. Six (6) guests maximum.

Note: This large and spacious building in Conchas Chinas has two villas in it, the FZ-1 two bedroom on the upper level, and the FZ-2 three bedroom on the lower level, so there are common areas.
