Breathtaking views sweep you away as you enter this spectacular home. Split level design with high ceilings and skylights fill the villa with light. The villa is named for an immense palm tree growing through the middle of the villa, showcased in the main entrance. The soothing design of the villa flows to an open concept living/dining area and extends onto a large terrace with infinity pool and the bay beyond. All rooms open to the tropical breezes and offer sweeping views of the bay from Punta Mita in the north to Los Arcos in the south.
The upper level features a spacious master bedroom with private terrace; second bedroom is on the main level and opens onto pool terrace; third is on lower level with more privacy, ocean view but no terrace. All 3 bedrooms have ocean views; two kings and two double beds. Located hillside in the upper Conchas Chinas residential area approximately one mile south of Old Town/South Side.
Property includes: Three bedrooms, each with A/C, private ensuite bath and ocean view; Gourmet kitchen with handpainted tiles; Outdoor dining area off the kitchen; Water purification system; Heated infinity pool; Staff includes housekeeper & houseman, partial cook service daily except Sunday. Partial cook service is for one meal per day, breakfast or early lunch; dinner is $50 US extra. Maximum of six (6) persons, minimum five (5) nights, children welcome.
